Luc completed his Cordon Bleu “Grand Diplome” in Paris and spent two years working at the prestigious Michelin acclaimed Prince De Galles Hotel, next to the Champs-Elysées. Luc returned to Vancouver where he worked at the renowned Bacchus Restaurant at the Wedgewood Hotel, followed by a lengthy stay at Bouchons Bistro in Kelowna. Andrea has previously enjoyed stays at Salted Brick, Smack Dab and Bouchons. Luc and Andrea are excited to be bringing top notch fare to Sturgeon Hall for your dinning pleasure.
