Luc completed his Cordon Bleu “Grand Diplome” in Paris and spent two years working at the prestigious Michelin acclaimed Prince De Galles Hotel, next to the Champs-Elysées. Luc returned back to Vancouver where he worked at the renowned Bacchus Restaurant of the Wedge Wood Hotel. Luc is a passionate about food and this passion gets served right here at Sturgeon Hall for your dinning pleasure.
